Suzanna Lubrano was born November 10, 1975, in the islands of Cape Verde.

At the age of 4, she moved to the Netherlands with her parents. She started singing when she was still a young child, but resumed singing professionally when she was 18. She made her debut as a professional singer in Rabelados, famous band in Cape Verde. In collaboration with Rabelados she recorded a very successful album. At this point, Suzanna had already started a solo career, which resulted in three solo his debut album "Sem bó nes mund," (Without you in this world), following the successful "Fofo" (Honey), and the last, "Tudo pa bo" (All for you) in 2002.
